Refund Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026 (current version)

The service is currently free — there is no charge for the appeal-letter package or any other feature, so at this time there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. If paid features are introduced later, this Refund Policy will govern refunds of those charges.

1. Current pricing

The tool is currently free to use: case setup, evidence structuring, the readiness assessment, appeal-letter generation, the submission guide, follow-up reminders, and data export cost nothing. Because there is no charge today, there is nothing to refund.

2. If paid features are introduced later

If we add a paid feature in the future — for example, a one-time charge for the appeal-letter package — we will show the price before any charge, and the terms below will apply to it.

Full refund of the fee if no appeal letter was generated.

Once a letter is generated, the fee is non-refundable (digital good delivered).

3. How to request a refund

If a charge ever applies and you want a refund, contact us at support@appealo.app with your case identifier and purchase details. We will respond within 5 business days.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
